By now, owners who ELRA considers as members, should have received mail notification of the Annual Meeting. A notice also appears on the ELRA Web site.

The 2014 Annual Membership meeting will be held at Enchanted Lake Elementary School on Oct 17. The free event will feature a potluck dinner at 6:30, and meeting at 7:30.
Be on the lookout for more details to arrive in your mailbox shortly."

Depending on how it is conducted, this meeting should provide an excellent opportunity for members to ask questions of the leadership as to the status of the various legal matters in which ELRA currently is involved, what progress is being made on all fronts, etc.
It should also present an opportunity to ascertain what thought is being given to the expiration of the Declaration (December 31, 2015) and what the plans might be for the creation of a succeeding entity - all of this by whom, and when the members at large might be brought into the discussions.
